Threads Connect is following a knitting technique for in-house-manufacturing producing a mostly two-dimensional fabric made from a one-dimensional yarn or thread. Knitted fabric consists of a number of consecutive rows of loops, called stitches.
At threads connect we use professional-grade software to design patterns and create accurate patterns and optimize their markers
Fabric is then transferred to cutting room where automatic spreading machines are used for fabric spreading which yields better fabric utilization. The fabric is than cut on automated cutting machines to ensure highest level of quality and precision is achieved.
At Threads Connect, we have a seperate and detailed Stitching floor. It consists of state of art technology and Sewing machines to bring your vision to life.
Major tasks performed in our Stitching department are Line setting, Marking,
Garment Stitching,
Ironing, Checking of the stitched garments,
Alteration and Documentation.
The final product is then passed forward to the Checking department.
Threads Connect has highly developed technology in the field of embellishment. We are the pioneer of laser-cutting technology for tackle-twill, felt and chenille applique decorations in Pakistan. We are capable of successfully handling hundreds of SKUs per season with absolute precision and control. We also provide in-house digitizing and development expertise at our Design Head Quarters. We possess embroidery, circular printing, heat transfers, table printing facilities.
